Swiss Chard
Swiss chard is a member of the beet family that’s rich in iron, protein, calcium, and myriad of vitamins and nutrients. When cooked, the leaves taste similar to spinach, sweet and mild. Left raw, they’re tender and add a pleasant bitter flavor to salads or slaws.
